1. Eligibility

You must meet the legal marriage age in your jurisdiction (we target 21+ for male registrants and 18+ for female registrants, with explicit confirmation at signup). You must register in good faith for matrimonial purposes within the Ladshakiy Wani community.

2. Account & profile

You are responsible for accurate information. We may suspend or remove profiles that are misleading, offensive, duplicated, or harmful. Admin approval is required before public listing.

3. Conduct

No harassment, impersonation, spam, or attempts to harvest member data. Use report and block features in good faith. We may warn, restrict messaging, or ban accounts for violations.

4. Payments

If paid plans are offered, fees and features will be described at checkout. Payments are processed by licensed gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe); we do not store your card number.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is an introduction service only. We do not guarantee any marriage outcome and are not responsible for disputes between members or families. See also our Disclaimer page.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
