Refund Policy

1. Paid memberships & boosts

Where Ladshakiy Wani Matrimony offers paid memberships or profile boosts, eligible refunds, cooling-off periods under Indian consumer protection rules, and the process to request support will be described at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

2. Non-refundable services

Digital services that are consumed immediately upon purchase (e.g. an instant premium unlock or a one-time profile boost) are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in the case of:

• A billing error charged by us;
• A service outage caused by us that prevented access during the paid period.

3. How refunds are processed

All refunds, where approved, are processed back to the original payment method via the payment gateway. We do not issue refunds by cash or bank transfer outside the gateway unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. How to request a refund

To raise a refund request, email us at supportladshakiywani@gmail.com with your registered email address, order/transaction reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
