Ladshakiy Wani Matrimony (“we”, “us”) operates this matrimony platform for the Wani community. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

2. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile), profile and family information you choose to provide, photographs, horoscope files if uploaded, payment references if you purchase a plan (we do not store full card numbers), technical logs (IP, device, approximate location), and messages you send through the platform.

3. How we use data

To verify your identity (including OTP), to display your profile to other members according to your privacy settings, to moderate content, to prevent fraud and duplicates, to comply with law, and to improve security and reliability.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, SMS/email delivery, payment gateways) under contracts. Contact details are not shown to other members until our rules (e.g. mutual interest acceptance) are satisfied.

5. Security

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest in production. Access to admin tools is restricted, logged, and protected with two-factor authentication.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account. Deletion may be limited where we must retain records for legal or safety reasons.
